    1. Hi Deborah,

You can approach any organization that works with children, Briony House, Adsum House, or even Pre-primary programs or child care centres in your neighborhood. Those bears make excellent Christmas gifts!

    2. Hi Deborah.
Sorry for the late reply, your message has just reached me.
We donated to an orphanage in Ghana also to the children’s hospice & the maternity ward at our local hospital. I’m sure you’ll find places local to you where they’ll be very welcome.

  2. Hi from Cheshire, UK. Your teddy’s have been sent to the orphanage we support in Ghana and are greatly loved. Since the start of our Covid19 emergency we have been knitting & crocheting Maskmates for nurses and carers at out local hospital and in our community. Also knitting Hearts for hospital Covid19 patients and their familys, so they have some connection. We are hoping to be able meet up as a group in the not too distant future but do keep in touch with the help of technology. Hope you are all staying safe & well šŸŒˆšŸ’•

  3. Can I get the knitting patten for these little teddies Iā€™m new at knitting and they look like I could possibly make these šŸ˜„ thankyou

  4. Our knit and natter group is just starting a charity project here in Mobberley, Cheshire, UK.
I came across your web site while looking for a teddy pattern we could do no matter how skilled we are. Your pattern is perfect, hope it’s ok if I use it?
We have been asked by our local church to knit or crochet blankets and small toys, one for each child, for an orphanage in Ghana they support.
We are exited about fulfilling this request and hope you are ok with us using your pattern.
    Thanks so much

    1. Hi,

It’s great that you decided to knit toys for charity! I have a pattern for a teddy bear and a mouse toy (for cats) available on this website. Feel free to use any of them, and have a fun time knitting!
